This initiative was started by YAB himself who choose to make his beard pink during cancer month October and his brother Mohammed Azhar Bulbulia (MAB) in an initiative to raise funds for those who are fighting cancer especially women suffering from breast cancer which is a major challenge in South Africa. YAB and his team’s initiative has received extreme positive feedback from many community members, businesses and many other prominent people which is assisting their initiative to raise funds for cancer.

“Looking around us at the difference and all the support we received physically and financially support has made the #beardsagainstcancer/#yabsbeardgoespink initiative awesome, we know that to be true,” said YAB. The team express their gratitude to the community/companies/individuals for the donations and support and for the volunteers for their time and effort who made this initiative possible.
